Accepting Apple Pay will require you to have a contactless payment-capable point of sale terminal. If you do, contact your payment provider to see if they accept Apple Pay.
Apple Pay payments made in store are considered card present transactions, while payments made using Apple Pay in-app are considered card not present.
To process returns, use the Device Account Number to find the purchase and process the return. Ask the customer to provide the last four or five digits of the Device Account Number by going to Passbook, tapping the relevant card, and tapping the "i" on the lower-right hand corner of the display.
Customers may also hold a device enabled for Apple Pay near the card reader, select the card used in the original purchase, and authorise the return using Touch ID or their device passcode.
