About Claudia
Claudia Bunge is one of the brightest young stars on the New Zealand women’s football team. Since a young age, Claudia has been make a name for herself on the international stage, and has cemented herself as a mainstay in the senior NZ team. Claudia made her club debut and international debut at the age of 17.
Claudia began her professional career with the Glenfield Rovers who play in the Lotto NRFL Premier Women’s competition, twice making the final of the Kate Sheppard Cup and winning the league championship in 2018.
Claudia would continue to climb the ranks of the national te, debuting for the u20 team in 2018 and then finally making her senior team debut in 2019 where she has remained ever since. In November 2020 Claudia moved over to Melbourne Victory in the W-League where she twice won the W-League Championship.
After making her FIFA Women’s World Cup debut in 2023, Claudia has now secured an international move to Denmark where she will play for HB Koge as she prepares to help New Zealand qualify for Paris 2024.
